Sign up to learn about changes to your 2026 Medicare plan coverage.
Some local Medicare plan carriers are changing which counties they serve. If your Medicare plan will still be available in your county, your enrollment will automatically renew as long as you continue to pay your monthly plan premium. If your plan or your needs have changed, we can assist in choosing coverage that’s right for you.

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period allows you to switch your Medicare Advantage or stand-alone Part D prescription drug plan during October 15 – December 7.
The Medicare Open Enrollment Period, January 1 – March 31, allows you to make further changes or enroll for the first time.
Cost plan members can switch medical-only coverage anytime during the year.
